Made with the rare and unique to Chios Island varieties of Chiotiko Krassero and Ayannitis
that have been growing on the island since ancient times.
High quality hand picked grapes are harvested at their peak and vinified at a controlled
temperature to bring out their aromas that can only be found on the island of Chios.
Aged for at least 18 months in French Oak barrels, the unique fragrance and the color
of the varieties are highlighted.
The acidity allows this wine to be aged further, while maturity at 24 months or more
allows the characteristics of this wine to shine.
Charming red color, red fruits and vanilla, rich balanced taste.
