This is a recipe by Greg Grime of Kontos Foods.
1.Cut into strips
2.Optional spray or brush with EVOO, sea salt, garlic powder, any preferred spice, etc
3.Bake at 350 f for approx 10- 12 min on a baking sheet
4.Serve hot or cooled off with your favorite dips
5.Appetizers- wrap with your favorite deli meat and garnish
6.Store in a plastic bag after cooling for up to 1 week (If they last that long!)
This works with all Kontos flatbreads.
For a sweet treat coat with butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top!
