Microclimate: Smooth winter - dry summer. Harvest: First half of September. First year of distribution: In 1988. Alcoholic degree: 12,6 % Vol. Residual sugars: 2,7 gr/lit. Total acidity: 5,1 gr/lit. Winemaking Picking and transporting of the grapes, is being done, in small plastic containers. Co-vinification of the two grape varieties employs skin contact for 5-7 days under controlled temperature. Tasting notes Ruby-coloured with an attractive fresh nose that opens up to reveal ripe red fruit, spices and earthy aromas. Round, with well-structured tannins and good acidity, great presence in mouth and cherry fruit flavour leading to long finish. Serving suggestion Enjoy it with roasted or casseroled red meat and mature soft cheese. Best served at a temperature of 18° C. Accompaniment An admirable partner for grilled meat.
