Characteristics:
A deep purplish-red color, with an attractive bouquet of plums, cassis and cherries, with violet and vanilla highlights hints of tobacco and plenty of spices. Is full-bodied but elegant on the palate, with fine tannins and a well-balanced acidity. Its complexity leads to a long powerful finish.

Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy it with cooked meat in red spicy sauces, game, grilled beef and mature cheeses. Best served at a temperature of 18° C.
